With more than a decade of experience in law and public policy, Jessica is well-versed in helping clients of every size and stage navigate the legal and regulatory waters of owning a business.

Jessica founded the practice in 2015 after recognizing that the lack of accessible boutique legal services for early to mid stage companies was leaving many business owners in a bad position. As the daughter of two entrepreneurs, Jessica is a firm believer in the power of entrepreneurship to empower individuals, families, and entire communities. 

 

Prior to opening the practice, Jessica spent her career working as an analyst with policy advocate groups, a legislative clerk in the Texas House of Representatives, and as legislative counsel in the U.S. House of Representatives.

As an active member of the entrepreneur and startup community, Jessica is a frequent writer and speaker throughout Texas and across the United States. She has been featured on Medium, in the Dallas Morning News, and Forbes. In addition to the practice she serves as an Adjunct Faculty member teaching Business Law, and was honored to present as a Tedx Speaker in January of 2020.
